At Bradley Smoker, we stand behind the quality of our food smokers and accessories, offering a 30-day return policy for unused products to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the unused smoker or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cords, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
